Monthly fees
-
Number of Classes: Students are entitled to 4 monthly classes. If there are 5 classes per month, the 5th class will have an extra cost of 10 euros. The cost of the 5th class will be automatically added to the next monthly invoice. If the student does not want to take this class, he can request it from the B.O. In which the 10 euro fee will not be charged.
-
Class Replacement: Students may make up 1 class per month, as long as they notify the school at least 24 hours in advance. Classes not notified will be counted as taken, unless the student presents a medical certificate justifying the absence.
Classes that cannot be held due to the following circumstances are accumulated:-
Adverse weather conditions;
-
Teacher unavailability;
-
Student missed class and gave 24 hours notice; (1 class per month).
-
-
Payments: Payment of monthly fees must be made by the 5th of each month. Invoices with NIF (Tax Identification Number) are available upon request. If you would like invoices every month, please inform the school.
If payment is not made by the 5th, please inform us of the delay.
If the student has not paid and has not given the reason, he/she may lose the right to take the class.
After making the payment, we ask that the student send us proof of payment.
-
Mid-month entry: If the student enrolls and there are still 2 classes remaining in the month, payment must be for 2 individual classes. For the remaining 3 classes, payment will be proportional to the monthly fee.
-
Loyalty Time: The monthly fee requires a minimum loyalty period of 3 months. To stop classes, this period must be respected.
-
Notice for Cancellation: Students who wish to cancel their registration must notify the school at least 15 days in advance.
Back Office Scheduling and Operation -

Appointments: The pack must be valid and paid for bookings.
-
Student Responsibility: It is the student's responsibility to monitor the validity of the packs.
-
Pack Validity: Packages of 5 classes are valid for 2 months; packages of 10 classes, 3 months. It is the student's responsibility to schedule classes within this time frame. In exceptional cases, this may be extended if it is impossible to hold classes due to weather conditions or the teacher's unavailability.
Validity begins on the day of the first class, if the student already schedules their first class on the day of purchase. If the student does not schedule the class, validity begins 2 days after purchasing the pack.
Pack Renewal: Expired packs that are not renewed within 3 days after expiration will not be able to reactivate pending classes from previous packs. (If you were unable to complete all the classes)
Recommendations for Students
-
Necessary: Skateboard and protection, water bottle and flat-soled sneakers.
-
Regular Practice: It is recommended that you regularly practice the exercises learned in class in your personal skateboarding sessions. This is essential for the development of the skater.
-
Protections: Mandatory use of helmet, knee pads and elbow pads during classes. (unless the person responsible authorizes it, by signing our document, to hold classes without protections)
-
Insurance: After the trial class, the student must purchase personal accident insurance, either through the school or outside the school.
-
Delays: We ask that students arrive 5 minutes early before class begins. This will allow them to set up their equipment and begin warming up properly. If a student arrives late, the teacher is not obligated to extend the class to make up for lost time.
-
Skateboarding and having fun: This is undoubtedly the greatest recommendation for all our students. It is what will give meaning to all learning.
Everything we learn on skateboards we take with us to life.
Teachers' obligations. -
Ensure safety: Teachers must ensure that students skateboard in a safe environment, following the safety rules defined by the school, such as the use of protective equipment (helmets, knee pads, etc.).
-
Proper instruction: Provide clear and practical instructions so that students can learn and improve their skateboarding skills, respecting each student's skill level.
-
Inclusion: Ensure that all students, regardless of ability or background, feel welcome and included in school activities.
-
Respect and collaboration: Create an environment where students learn to respect each other, promoting collaboration and teamwork during classes and activities.
-
Emotional and motivational support: Support students in their difficulties and celebrate their achievements, helping them to maintain motivation and confidence in their abilities.
-
Open communication: Establish a communication channel where students can express their concerns, doubts and suggestions.
-
Continuous assessment: Observe and evaluate students' progress, providing constructive feedback that helps them improve their skills and develop personally.
-
Education about skateboarding culture: Teach students about the history, culture and values of skateboarding, emphasizing the importance of community and respect for others.
-
Delay: If the teacher arrives late, he/she must make up for the minutes of delay at the end of the class. If the student cannot stay after class to make up for this delay, the teacher must arrange with the student to make up for this delay.
These rules have been established to ensure that the learning experience at Skate for Everyone is as satisfying and productive as possible. We appreciate everyone's understanding and cooperation! Enjoy the lessons and have fun improving your skateboarding skills!
